Synopsis
An experimental audio-visual interpretation of Emily Dickinson’s poem “The Name — of it — is ‘Autumn.’” Shot on 16mm film and hand-processed, the piece unveils the interrelationship between the texts, the images, and the sounds that resonate with the poem, along with colorful abstract shapes generated in the process of tinting the film base.
